When We Ship:

Most orders ship the same day we receive them if placed by 11 am EST, but our 2-3 business day shipping policy allows for fluctuations in shop activity levels, bi-annual Quilt Market travel, and larger orders that require significant cutting and packaging.

Simply, although we work hard EVERY DAY to be speedy - we're human too, so your patience is appreciated as we work to process your order as promptly as we can.
