Canceling an already placed order:
First things first - Contacting us HERE as soon as you know you’ll need to cancel is most important. If you’ve caught us quickly and your package has not yet shipped - we can usually cancel and refund you fully back to your method of payment.
If your order includes yardage that has been cut but has not yet shipped, a 15% restocking fee will apply and will be retained as your order is refunded. The reality is that it’s not unusual for one team member to cut and prepare your order and place it in the queue for another team member to process the shipment. There is sometimes time between these two processes, which exist to support efficiency, but can cause complication if a cancelation is needed.

If your order has already shipped, I’m afraid chasing down the postal worker that picked it up is not terribly possible. We’re just not fast runners! If you’d still like to return it once it arrives to you, please jump to the next section.
Our Return Policy:
While every attempt is made to deliver 100% quilty glee into your eagerly-awaiting crafty hands, we understand that any number of things can result with your wish to return your order, either in part or in full.
Printed materials such as patterns, books, and items which could otherwise be photocopied, are not returnable - with a nod of respect to the hard-working pattern designers who produce the patterns we sell, as well as due to copyright laws.
You may return your fabric purchase by contacting us HERE within 7 days of the receipt of your order. PLEASE NOTE: our returns address differs from our shipping address. Returns to our shipping address are not readily received if shipments are merely turned back around (refused when delivered) or are sent back to that same ‘shipped from’ address. Being in touch with us lets us support you in THREE ways: It gives us a head’s up to expect your return, it lets us provide the address for return, and it allows us to verify eligibility while answering any questions you may have.
Conditions for Return:
Cut yardage may be returned, however a 15% restocking fee for will be retained at time of refund. All returned items (including fabric bundles, notions, etc) must arrive to us in the original condition. This means they must be uncut, unused, as well as stain and odor-free. Clearance fabrics priced at $7 or less/yard are not eligible for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping charges cannot be refunded. Threads and other notions that arrived in manufacturer packaging, must be returned unopened. Please allow up to 7 days from our receipt of your returned items for refund to be processed.
